Warith Coker (II): “I trained over the summer by waking up early and heading over to my local gym. It was intense work, but I persisted and improved every day. If you want to stay in shape, stay consistent and get better daily, no matter how little, and keep people by your side who will hold you accountable.”

Luc Schmitt (III): “I swim, so over the summer, I focused on mobility and stability exercises to keep my body sharp. Besides that, I liked doing light weight training to keep myself from losing strength. You don’t need to do much to stay in shape; just find a way of moving your body that challenges you.”

Luke Moussignac (IV): “I did a summer neighborhood basketball league to stay in shape and went to my local YMCA frequently. My advice is to keep a routine and go on walks and runs. Additionally, there are workout videos online to follow based on what you want to work on.”
