Caprese Salad:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small mozzarella ball (or shredded mozzarella)
- Fresh basil leaves (or dried basil if you don’t have fresh), if you want to make it heartier, you could add a handful of arugula or spinach.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine cherry tomatoes and mozzarella in a bowl.
2. Tear fresh basil leaves and
sprinkle over the top.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Mix and enjoy!
