On April 10, Boston Latin School welcomed Emmy Award winning Alumna Ayo Edebiri (‘13) back to her Alma Mater, where she was joined by Mayor Michelle Wu for a fireside chat. Edebiri met with members of the BLS Yellow Submarine Improv Troupe, which she had been a part of as a student, and reconnected with several of her former teachers. She then went to the packed auditorium for a conversation with the Mayor and to answer some questions from students. In a surprise moment, Mayor Wu, proclaimed April 10 as “Ayo Edebiri Day” in Boston.
